A quaint restaurant in such an unassuming location. It's busy and hectic outside in the plaza that this restaurant is located at. The plaza is a little old looking with limited parking spaces in the evenings. We can hear a few ppl literally missed the door to this restaurant while trying to find it. When you open the door though, transported to Europe. Nice mood lighting and ambiance. The whole restaurant fits about 30ppl or so. Great service during our own time there. We did the tasting menu and upgraded on a bunch of items to lobster, caviar, wagyu. Lots of items complimented of the chef, about 3-4. That's appreciated. All in all, a great dining experience. Most of the first few courses were just too eclectic with too many flavors. To my palette, those were not that enjoyable. I did appreciate the try. Presentation was amazing and attention to customers, above par. I would recommend ordering items a la carte. We totally and would order again and again as it's worth every single penny. Bread and 3 spreads. Caviar eggs Lobster paella with the shaved truffles Wagyu with the hot stone Gin / tonic Reservation is recommended, although on a Saturday evening, there were some couples who were able to sit with no issues. A must try, "cheap" for a tasting menu that's off the strip.

Tasting menu is definitely the way to go here for the fullest experience (interestingly enough, few other tables seemed to be doing it...). The chef's other dishes are more traditional but he really gets creative with the tasting. It was the perfect amount of food for what I would consider a Michelin Star type tasting menu, and at approximately $90 per person seemed a bargain. There were almost innumerable small plates/dishes/bites, far more than 8 items the menu stated (although off menu items were much smaller). We didn't do any supplemental items. Rose sangria at $40 a carafe was a great way for everyone to get a glass or two to drink. Service was excellent. Food was truly outstanding with some dishes that will linger for a while in our memory. Don't be put off by the strip mall exterior. If this were on the strip you'd simply pay 2-3x for the same food. I'd happily return.

I was in heaven eating the jamón, with cheese plate and the pan con tomato...wooooo weeeee!!! I literally closed my eyes and transported to myself to Spain with those flavors. Since traveling to Spain twice, I've always craved the pan con tomato and the jamón as it was in Spain. There hasn't been a restaurant (except for Jaleo which makes sense since the Executive Chef and wonder is Spanish), that gave me the same flavors like in Spain. When I heard that the owner of EDO is from Barcelona, I knew I had to try this spot!! Thanks to JayCation and Norma Geli for recommending this spot on their YouTube Channels!! We literally devoured the pan con tomato and ordered another order and I'm glad we did because it the garlic with the soft yet lightly crunchy bread made it addicting!! We shared tapas and each bite was sooooo good and flavorful with each bite also being simple because of the simple ingredients as it is in Spain. The mushrooms were the right amount of earthy with the parsley shining through. The green beans had a nice crunch to its texture so it wasn't cooked down to mush and the garlic brought it to life. The Spanish Octopus was one of our fav bites! The texture wasn't chewy which means it was fresh! I'm not a fan of octopus but I loved this tapa. It's a simple environment on the inside and it's in an unassuming shopping center. The staff were attentive and we were cared for. I'm putting this spot on my favs in Vegas!

This place definitely lives up to its high rating. It's located in a very unassuming strip mall and the interior is decorated very simply and nicely. The service was outstanding - all of the waiters were extremely attentive. We never had to ask for a single thing! The food was a 10/10 and the sangria (rosé and red) were delicious. I would come back here just for the sangria! Our favorite items were the black cod, arroz rice, and calamari! Will definitely be back.

Im so happy I found this place because it was exactly what I needed in my life. For my birthday I wanted to try something new, something flavorful, & something fun ! This place delivered everything plus more ! We tried the chef's special menu; if you want the full experience of their tapas dishes, definitely try this ! Every single dish had me completely mind blown; from the colors, to the textures, to the TASTE. Some dishes were too beautiful to even want to eat, we definitely still ate them but they were absolutely stunning. The servers were constantly popping up with new dishes and explaining that exactly we were eating and how to eat them properly. We had a total of 12 dishes and left completely stuffed. This is the best off the strip restaurant I've ever been too and truthfully I'm so glad it's off the strip because it's easier to locate and there's no traffic around the area at all! Thank you to the chef and the amazing staff for such a beautiful experience.

Edo is a fancy tapas joint tucked away in a strip mall. Don't let the modest exterior fool you - step inside and it's like entering a classy joint with dimmed lights, fancy artwork, and a big chandelier. The place only seats around 15 tables, so it feels intimate and upscale despite the mall location. The service is top-notch. The servers are total pros - polished yet warm. They glide between tables like butter, serving multiple courses without missing a beat. Each dish gets a full explanation, making you feel like you're getting an education along with your meal. The decor is what really sells the upscale vibe. With the chandelier, wine racks, and arty touches, you'd never guess you were dining in a old strip mall unit. Edo nails that swanky, special occasion ambiance. But the real star is the food. Edo doesn't mess around with fusion gimmicks - just legit, elevated Catalan tapas done right. The tasting menu is a must-try journey of ingenious flavors. The jamon iberico melts like butter, the caviar and eggs pack a briny punch, and the wagyu pastrami with jalapeno oil is a flavor bomb. Even simple stuff like the homemade baguette is executed perfectly. The cocktails are also on point - sip the salty, spicy Junquera gin drink for a real trip. If you're hitting up Edo, just get the tasting menu to experience the full glory. With such limited seating, make those rezzies in advance to avoid a scene during prime times. Bottom line - Edo walks the walk as an underrated gem slinging out upscale, creative, and authentic Catalan tapas magic. The swanky digs, polished service, and off-the-charts food make it an unforgettable dining experience that deserves all the hype it's getting.

A definite yes to this restaurant!! Wow! The food was absolutely amazing. As a newbie, we tried the chefs tasting menu. Tapas style, small plates, imaginative, gourmet, fulfilling. We went with my brother who was visiting for the holidays and we both enjoy cooking a lot. I looked over at him at one point as he took a bite of the first offering and he looked as though he was going to cry from happiness. The service was absolutely great, the waiters were there to clear your plates for the next round but did not hover. The restaurant is in a very busy strip mall surrounded by other eateries and bars so parking may be a bit hard. Highly highly recommend Edos!!
